1) 員工福利
公司章程第三十條規定,本公司應以當年度獲利狀況之 8%~15% 分派員工酬勞及應以不超過當年度獲利狀況之 3% 分派董事酬勞。
立達國際員工薪資與福利,自 2021 年 40,790 仟元台幣,佔收入 2.86%,持續成長。到 2024 年度止,156,033 仟元台幣,佔收入 6%。逐年提升。

2) 退休制度
本公司之確定提撥計畫係依勞工退休金條例之規定,依勞工每月工資 6% 之提繳率,提撥至勞工保險局之勞工退休金個人專戶,在此等計畫下本公司依規定提撥固定金額後,即無支付額外金額之法定或推定義務;國外子公司依當地法令規定提繳退休金。

| 02 | 員工人身安全與工作環境保護措施與其實施情形 EMPLOYEE SAFETY & WORK ENVIRONMENT |
1) 職業健康服務
因本公司皆屬㇐般工作環境,故無員工及非員工之工作者從事具有高風險或高特定疾病的職務,為照顧員工健康,立達國際電子依法規規定定期辦理健康健檢,針對所有員工皆進行新進員工㇐般體格檢查及在職同仁㇐般健康檢查,使同仁掌握自身之健康狀況,讓同仁透過日常的健康管理,提升自我健康意識並打造健康職場。另外,本公司不定期宣導身體照護新知並鼓勵員工養成運動的習慣,提升身心靈的健康。
2) 職業安全衛生之工作者參與、諮商與溝通
本公司重視員工的諮詢與參與,設立專線及信箱,提供員工隨時將遇到之疑問告知人資相關單位,並盡力協助排除員工遇到之相關問題。亦會不定期宣導員工行為規範,並透過勞資會議、部門會議等會議,討論任何相關議題,與員工徵詢相關意見,經相關單位評估後進行滾動調整,以確保兼顧各方權益,使公司管理系統有效運作並持續改善。2025 年,本公司無發生職業病事件。

1) Employee Benefits
Article 30 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulates that 8%–15% of annual profits shall be allocated as employee compensation, and no more than 3% of annual profits shall be allocated as directors' compensation.
Gigastone International's employee salaries and benefits have continued to increase, from NT$40.790 million in 2021, representing 2.86% of revenue, to NT$156.033 million in 2024, representing 6% of revenue.

2) Retirement System
The Company's defined contribution plan is established in accordance with Taiwan's Labor Pension Act. The Company contributes 6% of each employee's monthly salary to the individual labor pension account administered by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. After making the required fixed contributions, the Company has no legal or constructive obligation to make additional payments. Overseas subsidiaries make pension contributions in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

| 02 | Employee Safety and Workplace Protection Measures and Implementation Status EMPLOYEE SAFETY & WORK ENVIRONMENT |
1) Occupational Health Services
As the Company operates in a general office working environment, no employees or non-employee workers perform duties involving high risk or a high incidence of specific occupational diseases. To safeguard employee health, Gigastone International Electronics conducts regular health examinations in accordance with applicable regulations, including general physical examinations for new employees and general health examinations for current employees. These measures help employees understand their health status, strengthen health awareness through daily health management, and support a healthy workplace. The Company also periodically shares health-care information and encourages employees to exercise regularly to promote physical and mental well-being.
2) Worker Participation, Consultation and Communication on Occupational Safety and Health
The Company values employee consultation and participation and has established a dedicated telephone line and email mailbox through which employees may contact the relevant Human Resources units at any time with questions or concerns. The Company strives to assist in resolving employee issues, periodically communicates employee conduct guidelines, and discusses relevant matters through labor-management meetings, departmental meetings, and other channels. Employee feedback is collected and reviewed by the responsible units, and adjustments are made as needed to balance stakeholder interests, ensure the effective operation of the management system, and support continuous improvement. In 2025, the Company recorded no occupational disease cases.
